Easy Props to Use in Your Personal Branding Photoshoot

Great for educators, writers, or anyone who wants to show their love of learning or thought leadership. They also work well to create a relaxed or intellectual vibe.

3 Mobile Phone

Simple but effective. Ideal for entrepreneurs who work on the go, connect with clients through calls or social media, or just want to show the real behind-the-scenes.

4 Something That’s Yours

Like a book you wrote, a product you created, or a journal you love. Personal items bring depth and make the session truly unique.

5 Flowers or Plants

Perfect for wellness professionals, creatives, or anyone who wants to add a fresh, natural feel to their photos. They soften the space and bring a nice pop of colour.

6 Mug

A classic! It adds a cosy, approachable vibe. Great for lifestyle coaches, writers, or anyone who wants a more casual, relaxed tone.

7 Your Motto or a Powerful Message

A handwritten phrase or printed sign with your go-to words. One of my clients held a sign that said Rise and Lead, a simple image, but so powerful.

8 Confetti

Yes, confetti! It brings a playful, fun energy. Perfect for creatives, event planners, or anyone who wants to have a celebratory shot at hand for milestones achievements.

Keep It Real and Keep It Simple

Props aren’t about filling the frame with stuff. They’re there to support your message and add variety to your shoot. You don’t need a long list, just a few things that feel natural to you and your business.
